How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy. Choose the product you’d like to buy, click ‘Order’ and follow the steps in the shopping cart. Fill in your details and confirm your purchase. Once your payment is complete, you’ll receive confirmation by email.
How can I pay?
We offer various payment methods so you can choose what works best for you. You can pay securely using iDEAL / Wero, credit card, PayPal and other common options. All payments are encrypted and processed safely.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. In the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. For international orders, shipping may take a little longer depending on your location. At checkout, you’ll automatically see accurate delivery info for your country.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is free within the Benelux. For orders outside the Benelux, shipping costs may apply. Any applicable fees will be shown clearly during checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace code so you can follow your delivery easily.
Do you ship to Belgium, Germany or other countries?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your location. You’ll see all the relevant details during checkout.
