1.    General
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the website www.jawly.shop . By placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you cannot use our services.

2.    Orders
Placing an order through our website is simple. Add the desired product to your cart, enter your details and complete the checkout process. You can pay using Mollie. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.

3.    Payment
Payments are processed via Mollie (iDEAL / Wero, credit card, Bancontact, and the KBC/CBC payment button). All transactions are handled through a secure connection. Once your order is completed, you’ll receive a confirmation by email.

4.    Shipping
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received. Delivery within the Netherlands typically takes 2 to 3 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times and any applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout.

5.    Returns and refunds
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason.
Please note: Only return the product if it is still unopened in its original packaging. In that case, you will receive a full refund. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact page. Once we’ve received the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5 business days and issued to the original payment method.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us, we’ll be happy to provide a solution.

6.    Warranty
All Jawly products come with a 12-month warranty under normal use. This warranty covers manufacturing defects. Damage resulting from improper use is not covered. If your claim is valid, we will provide a replacement or suitable solution free of charge.

7.    Usage and safety
Jawly is designed for adult use only and should not be used:
– if you have loose front teeth or wear dentures
– if you have oral infections or wounds
– after dental or jaw surgery (unless advised by a medical professional)
– by children under 18, unless approved by a doctor or dentist
If in doubt, please consult a dentist, doctor or physiotherapist before use. Always follow the instructions provided in the user manual.

8.    Liability
While Jawly is generally safe to use, temporary discomfort may occur in rare cases, such as muscle soreness, jaw tension or worsening of existing symptoms. Use is at your own risk.
Bruxcure B.V. accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage of any kind arising from or related to the use of the product.
If any liability of Bruxcure B.V. should nevertheless arise, despite the above, such liability is at all times limited to the amount paid for the respective product.
The Jawly is not a medical device. The device is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. The device is intended only to help users manage their teeth grinding & clenching behaviour.

9.    Privacy
We treat your personal data with great care. Your information is used solely to process your order and improve our services. We only share your data with third parties when necessary for fulfilling your order, such as shipping providers. For more information, please refer to our privacy policy.

10.    Intellectual property
All content on www.jawly.shop, including text, images, logos and designs, is the property of Jawly or its licensed partners. No part of this content may be copied, distributed or used without prior written consent.

11.    Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version is always available on our website and becomes effective as soon as it is published online.

12.    Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the competent court in the Netherlands will have jurisdiction.
